Rajanna-Sircilla: Municipal minister K.T. Rama Rao on Wednesday said it was the public who decides the future of the political leaders with its votes but not the political parties.
The minister said that there was no need for political parties to do politics on all issues.
“People are observing the work being done by our leaders and will take a decision in the elections,” Mr Rama Rao said, speaking after laying the foundation stone for the gram panchayat building at Veernapalli mandal headquarters.
He said the state government was very much committed to the welfare and development of all the communities and treating them equally.
“We are trying to modernise caste-based occupations to improve the financial position of each community, the minister said, adding that the state government plans to supply power 24x7 for the agriculture sector in the coming days.
