Hyderabad: Traffic curbs for metro completion

The stretch between GHMC playground, Ameerpet to Sonabai temple made one way.

Hyderabad: In order to make arrangements for the early commencement of commercial operations of Hyderabad Metro Rail and for the speedy completion of preparatory works and to avoid inconvenience to the general public, Hyderabad Traffic police have made certain traffic diversions which will be in force for 45 days from August 3.

Vehicles coming from Errag-adda towards Ameerpet and Secunderabad will be diverted at Umesh Chandra Statue, SR Nagar, towards SR Nagar T Junction, take right turn and proceed towards Satyam theatre and Durgamata Temple where traffic intending to go towards Begumpet and Secun-derabad will take left turn and traffic intending to go towards Panjagutta and Maitrivanam will take right turn and merge at Ameerpet junction.

The entire stretch of road from Umesh Chandra Statue to Ameerpet Junction via, SR Nagar T Junction, Satyam theatre, and Durgamatha temple is made one way. No entry for vehicles from Durga Matha Temple towards SR Nagar.

Vehicles coming from Fateh-nagar towards Ameerpet will not be allowed towards Satyam theatre and will be diverted at R&B Office, Balkampet Road via DK Road, GHMC playground.

Vehicles coming from Erragadda intending to go to Madhura Nagar and Kalyan Nagar can take right turn at Umesh Chandra Statue and Heavy vehicles will have to take the route via., SR Nagar T Junction, Durgamata Temple and Ameerpet Junction.

The stretch between GHMC playground, Ameerpet to Sonabai temple made one way. Vehicles coming from Begu-mpet for SR Nagar, Yousufguda etc will be diverted at Durgamata temple.
