Hyderabad: Around 20 trains running through the South Central Railways including those from the city were affected due to a derailment in Mumbai division and heavy rains in the area on Tuesday.
Three trains — No. 12702 Hyderabad-Mumbai CSMT Hussainsagar Express, No. 17032 Hyderabad-Mum-bai CSMT Express and No. 11041 Mumbai-CSMT Chennai Central Express — scheduled to depart on July 22 remained cancelled.
Another 15 trains were partially cancelled between certain locations falling in Central Zone, and other two trains were diverted. Some of the affected trains include, HS Nanded Panvel Express, Secunderabad-Devagiri Express.
