Warangal: Deputy Chief Minister Kadiam Srihari collapsed while delivering his speech during the Telangana state Formation Day celebrations on Friday at Police Parade Ground in Hanamkonda.
Mr Srihari’s bodyguards, police personnel and officials rushed to help the unconscious Deputy Chief Minister who recovered after a police officer sprinkled water on his face.
He drank some water and was taken into an AC vehicle at the venue.
DMHO Dr Ram Mohan examined him and said that Mr Srihari collapsed due to dehydration.
