Hyderabad: Three people were killed in an accident in Medchal early on Thursday. Police said the mishap occurred when a truck and a van rammed each other.
At around 2 am on Thursday when the vehicles reached Baniregadi village, the drivers crashed into each other. “Truck driver Rithul Mahato and van driver M. Raju got stuck in the cabins and died on the spot. Van cleaner Maibu who was injured died at Gandhi Hospital,” inspector S. Rajashekar Reddy said. Rithul hails from Jharkhand. Raju and Maibu belong to Mahbubnagar.
