Nizamabad: The partial bandh called by the BJP in protest against errors in the Intermediate results ended without any untoward incident in Nizamabad.
BJP activists burnt the effigy of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao at the Devi Road Chowrasta. During the bandh BJP, BJYM leaders tried to shut down shops, but the police took them into preventive custody.

They were later released on a personal bond. During the bandh elaborate security arrangements were made.
