Hyderabad: Family members of a man from Hyderabad who died under “suspicious circumstances” at Florida in United States in mid-March have sought the help of the Union ministry of external affairs in resolving the mystery.
The deceased, Syed Ateeq Ahmed, a resident of Mallepally in the Old City, had gone to the US in 2014 after completing his MS course. His family received information about his death in Jacksoneville in Florida on March 16.
“We do not know how he died and there is suspicion over his death. A few of his friends who stay in Atlanta have gone to talk to the local law enforcement authorities there and find out the cause of his death,” said Syed Basheeruddin, a relative of the Syed Ateeq.
