Telangana CM K. Chandrasekhar Rao
Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Tuesday directed officials to organise the Prapancha Telugu Mahasabhalu from June 2 to 10.
He said that the event would be organised in connection with the state formation day and for lovers of Telugu and language experts.
He said the new Sahitya Academy would supervise the event. He wanted hoardings related to Telangana state literature installed in the city. “Those who love Telugu and its literature across the globe should be invited by the government. The event should have Avadhanas, Kavi Samme-lanas and literary-related seminars,” he said.
The CM held a review meeting at Pragathi Bhavan with government adviser K.V. Ramana-chary and other officials.
