The court said that except for the minister, all the other respondents in the case must appear before the court.

HYDERABAD: As per directions of the Hyderabad High Court, Union minister of state Y. S. Chowdary (Sujana) on Monday appeared before the 12th additional chief metropolitan magistrate court in Nampally in connection with the Mauritius Commercial Bank case.
The court said that except for the minister, all the other respondents in the case must appear before the court in further proceedings.
