YBAI seeks direction for uploading of all First Information Reports on the website.
The Supreme Court on Saturday refused to extend the April 30 deadline fixed for conversion of diesel cabs into less-polluting CNG mode for plying on city roads.
New Delhi: Taking note of the fact that police harass the complainants in furnishing copy of FIR, the Supreme Court on Monday issued notice to all the States on a public interest litigation filed by Youth Bar Association of India (YBAI) seeking direction for uploading of all First Information Reports on the website of police departments within 24 hours of its registration.
