No rethink on waltair division split, says Piyush Goyal

Visakhapatnam: Union minister for railways Piyush Goyal on Tuesday said that there won’t be any rethinking on the split of the division. He also said that the rail authorities are studying the technical and economic feasibility.

At the same time, Vizag sitting MP K. Haribabu hinted that Vizianagaram and Srikakulam would remain in Vijayawada division.

Earlier, local BJP leaders had said that the Centre may rethink its decision to split the division.
