HYDERABAD: Holi was perhaps not that colourful for some students this time. After a student from Delhi University got hit by a semen filled balloon, universities across Telangana issued circulars to students to celebrate Holi in a 'dignified' manner.
The circular released in HCU by the Gender Sensitisation Committee representatives stated, "Inappropriately touching people without consent and forcibly smearing colour during Holi has become normalised. Every person's dignity and respect needs to be maintained."
