Hyderabad: Justice A. Shankar Narayana stayed the summons issued by a lower court to actor Mahesh Babu and director Kortala Shiva. The lower court had issued summons in a case filed by one R.D. Wilson alias Sharath complaining that the production house Mahesh Babu Entertainment Pvt Ltd, owned by actor, had made a film, Srimanthudu, based on his novel published in a vernacular weekly magazine by violating the copyright.
