Bengaluru: Water resources minister, M.B. Patil, who was accused of being the commission agent of Chief Minister, Siddaramaiah, threatened to file a defamation suit against the BJP’s CM candidate, B.S. Yeddyurappa.
Mr Yeddyurappa during his Jana Parivarthana Yatra, had accused Mr Patil of being a commission agent and also levelled allegations against CM Siddaramaiah.
In a statement here on Friday, Mr Patil said, “I have been consulting legal advisors. I will soon file a case,” he said.
He said that he would give a detailed reply to all the allegations made by Mr Yeddyurappa on Monday.
