Thanjavur: Thanjavur district collector Mr. A. Annadurai, inspected the Kallaperambur lake near Thanjavur on Thursday.
He enquired with the PWD engineers about the storage of the lake, inflow and discharge from the lake. He asked them to monitor the discharge into Rayandur drainage from the lake.
Earlier, Thiru Annadurai inspected the Sengipatti lake. Ayyamperumal, assistant executive engineer, PWD, accompanied the collector during his visit.
