The victim, Abhiskek, has stated in his complaint that his vehicle was parked on J.B .Nagar 14th cross, HAL 2nd Stage.
He had gone out for work and when he came back, his car window was broken and his laptop was stolen.
Another complaint has been lodged in Indiranagar police limits of miscreants breaking the glass of a parked car for no reason. The police are looking into these cases.
