Vijayawada: The AP Cabinet meeting, to be chaired by Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, will be held on July 12 at the Secretariat in Velagapudi. Chief Secretary Dr K.S. Jawahar Reddy issued a notice regarding the meeting, stating that the Council of ministers’ meeting will be held on July 12 at 11 am.
The Chief Secretary directed all special chief secretaries, principal secretaries and secretaries of all government departments to send their proposals in the format as prescribed in the Cabinet handbook and duly follow the instructions to the general administration by July 10 in order to brief the Chief Minister regarding placing proposals before the council of ministers for considerations.
Dr Jawahar Reddy said the departments are also requested to furnish soft copies of the Cabinet memorandum as well as the presentations regarding the proposal. The special chief secretaries, principal secretaries and secretaries to the government of all departments were directed to send their proposals within the stipulated time, duly following the AP government’s business rules and the Secretariat instructions carefully.
