Old Hyderabad move against ultras

The notices also requested the public to inform the police if they find anything suspicious in their neighbourhood.

Hyderabad: A group of old city youth have begun a campaign against ISIS and terror suspects. They put up notices at various mosques asking people to check the backgrounds of tenants before renting out houses so that terror suspects won't be able to find shelter in the old city.

The notices also requested the public to inform the police if they find anything suspicious in their neighbourhood.

The initiative taken by Millat Front, comprising young activists, has prepared banners with instructions to citizens to avoid danger.

The notices prepared in Urdu said, “Do a thorough background check of tenants before letting them into your property. Ensure no terrorist lives in your locality. Inform the police if you come across suspicious activity. Make your city and country a safer place.”

The activists said that more people will back the initiative and it will turn into a campaign soon.
