Chennai: After Vendhar Movies founder Madhan went missing, leaving behind a purported suicide note, the kin of the missing man started knocking on the door’s of the top brass of the city police.
The police received two petitions from Madhan’s wives since Tuesday evening. Madhan’s wife Sindhu, said on Wednesday, “We do not have the original letter but the handwriting looks like that of Madhan and he had circulated pictures from his phone. Our primary agenda is to locate him. We have only lodged a missing complaint.” According to her complaint, she is a resident of Anna Nagar West, and got married to Madhan in 1996.
She claimed she has not been able to contact her husband since Saturday and his mobile phone remains switched off. She said her husband’s BMW car bearing the registration number TN 19 L 6508 was traced to Meenambakkam Airport parking.
Earlier, on Tuesday, Suma Latha, also Madhan’s wife, had preferred a similar complaint and sought action into the incident. Both the petitions are being pursued by the city police.
