Tirupati: Case Against YSRC Leader

According to police, along with MCC team led by its incharge Gopinath, conducted the raids, following a tip off from reliable sources

Tirupati: Police personnel of Tiruchanoor on Monday booked a case against a leader of YSR Congress in connection with poll-related violations in Chandragiri Assembly segment.

The police carried out raids at a godown that belongs to one Pavan Kumar alias Ravi Reddy, who is a notable leader of YSRC, at Padmavathi Puram area in Tirupati rural and seized goodies, including wall clocks, sarees, books and gift sets of suiting and shirting, worth Rs 9.19 lakh.

According to police, along with MCC team led by its incharge Gopinath, conducted the raids, following a tip off from reliable sources.
