Vijayawada: Narasaraopeta MP candidate Rayapati Sambasiva Rao said that Jagan, Modi and KCR are members of a group and this fact is being revealed by YSR Congress president Y.S. Jagan Mohan in bits and pieces.
Refuting the claims of YSRC president Jagan that Kia Motors set up their unit in AP due to the PM’s initiative, Mr Rao said that Kia came to AP due to the efforts of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and ‘Ease of Doing Policy’ introduced by the TD government.
Mr Rao, along with TD leaders, had conducted an election campaign in Vinukonda of Guntur district on Monday.
Reminding the people about Jagan’s statement of PM Modi bringing Kia to AP, he said that this shows the hidden pact between BJP and YSRC. Jagan always speaks in favour of the BJP, Mr Rao said.
He alleged that YSRC never questioned BJP about AP’s Constitutional rights of Special Category Status and bifurcation assurances.
“In fact, the YSRC, in collusion with the BJP, is going against the interests of AP.” He said that the BJP government had kept bills worth Rs 6,000 crore pending, in connection with the works of Polavaram project, but that the TD government, despite financial crisis, has been constructing Polavaram. “Nearly 70 pc works of Polavaram project have been completed and soon, Polavaram will be ready for opening,”the MP candidate said. He vowed to work for the sanction of new industrial park and horticulture, agriculture universities in Vinukonda.
