Jangaon: A four-year-old boy Yaara Deekshit died on Sunday after a tablet got struck in his throat. The incident took place in Vaavilala village of Palakurthy mandal, 50 km from here.
As the boy was suffering from cold, his father Yaara Sreenu, a farmer, got a tablet from a local store. After reaching home, he tried to give it to his son. But the boy wanted to swallow it himself. He put the tablet in his mouth but could not swallow it.
The tablet got stuck in his throat and he could not breathe. He started coughing profusely and was choking.
