Bomb threat to Bengaluru edu institutions: Pramod Muthalik blames Congress
Dharwad: Sri Rama Sene founder Pramod Muthalik has strongly condemned the bomb threat emails to educational institutions in Bengaluru. He attributed the origin of these threats to what he perceives as the appeasement policy of the Congress party.
“Educational institutions in Bengaluru have received emails in the name of Mujahidin, stating that people who believe in many Gods should convert themselves or be ready to die. They have asked Hindus to join Islam,” Muthalik said.
"This is a troubling issue," Muthalik remarked, adding, "The Congress party is to blame for this situation. Their appeasement policy has paved the way for such threat emails to educational institutions. Congress should take this matter seriously, prioritizing the security of the people over political power, positions, and financial interests," he opined.
Calling for a thorough investigation into the source of these threatening emails, Muthalik emphasized the need for the government to identify the individuals responsible and the locations from which the messages were sent.
"This pertains to terror activity. The activities of these elements suggest a potential increase in their actions in the days ahead. It is imperative to control and apprehend such individuals, ensuring the safety of the people," he added.
