Hyderabad: Those who received Covid-19 vaccination certificates despite not being fully vaccinated can get in touch with the state health department on its Covid-19 helpline 104 and on WhatsApp at 9154170960 to register their complaint for corrective action that will enable them to get their second shot.
A report appeared in these columns highlighted the plight of people who were receiving messages on their mobile phones that they can download fully vaccinated status certificates despite taking just one shot of the vaccine.
Director of public health and family welfare Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao said the department too noticed the matter and so far, three staff were suspended for negligence that resulted in such messages being sent to Covid-19 vaccine seekers.
