Shamshabad inspector M. Ravi Kumar, RGIA head constables P. Venu Gopal Reddy and A. Sathyanarayana Goud have been suspended.
On Monday morning, he appealed to the district sub-collector, Chekuri Keerthi, to allow him to sell his organs to those who may need them.
