Hyderabad: Two kids aged 12 and 11 went missing from their respective homes on Saturday morning, after skipping school. A lookout notice has been issued by the Cyberabad police to rescue them.

This is the third time the duo has gone missing, said the police.

At about 8 am on Saturday, Raviranjan, 12, a Class VII student of Rainbow School in Rangareddy Nagar, along with his neighbour Manish Sharma 11, a Class III student of St Isaac School, left for school. They returned a short while later to drop their school bags and left.

When the kids did not reach home till late on Saturday, their parents searched for them in nearby places, and lodged a complaint with the Balanagar police at about 1.30 am on Sunday.

Balanagar sub-inspector Khaleel Pasha said, “Earlier, on a couple of occasions, Raviranjan and Manish left their homes to eat biryani. When they fell short Raviranjan called his father Tarakeshwar Panday for money. Efforts are on to trace the kids.”
