Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister and TRS President K Chandrasekhar Rao would meet party leaders from the districts on the proposed reorganisation of districts in the State.
Rao would meet leaders from Medak, Nizamabad, Ranga Reddy, Mahabubnagar and Nalgonda districtrs tomorrow to know public views on formation of new districts, revenue divisions and other administrative units, sources said.
He would talk to TRS leaders from Hyderabad, Warangal, Adilabad, Khammam and Karimnagar districts, they said.
The State Government proposes to increase the number of districts from the present 10 to 27. The new districts are planned to come into effect from the Dasara festival this month.
