Namakkal: School education minister K.A. Sengottaiyan on Friday opened the newly constructed 20 classrooms in Government Higher Secondary School at Pattanam near Rasipuram in Namakkal district.
While speaking at the function he said, "School uniforms with higher quality on par with the quality of private school standards would be given for students of government schools from Class I to Class V. The free bicycles and laptops will be given for all the students studying in classes 11 and 12."
He further said government school students will be given special English coaching to face Neet.
