Hyderabad: Traffic curbs for ganesh immersion

Vehicles carrying Ganesh idols will not be allowed on Fathenagar flyover from Balanagar, Balkampet and Sanathnagar.

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad traffic police has imposed certain restrictions to facilitate Ganesh immersion on Monday. The restructions will be in place for 24 hours from 6am of September 5.

Vehicles carrying Idols from Bowenpally and other colonies of Secunderabad should enter via Anjaiahnagar and exit towards Old Bowenpally, Mosque road, Harijan-basthi. Visitors’ vehicles will not be allowed at IDL Tank. Vehicles carrying idols from JNTU must converge at IDL Junction and proceed towards the tank and exit towards Rainbow Vista. On September 5, the road will be closed from IDL Tank entrance to Rainbow Vista T-Junction road.

 

Vehicles carrying Ganesh idols will not be allowed on Fathenagar flyover from Balanagar, Balkampet and Sanathnagar. Heavy vehicles will not be allowed on the following roads/areas: Balanagar to Fathenagar bridge, Godrej to Erragadda; Miyapur to Godrej; Ferozeguda to Godrej; Gudenmet to Narsapur X-Road.
