So far medical and dental course admission being conducted based on the marks obtained aspirants in Neet.
Chennai: The state government has decided to conduct admission for the Indian systems of medicine and homoeopathy, consist of Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homeopathy, by considering marks obtained by the aspirants in Neet-2019 from the current academic year onward.
Speaking to reporters in Chennai on Friday, minister for health and family welfare Dr C.Vijaya Baskar said that the marks scored by aspirants of Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homoeopathy courses will be considered for the admission. So far medical and dental course admission being conducted based on the marks obtained aspirants in Neet.
Henceforth the courses offered under Indian systems of medicine and Homoeopathy will come under the ambit of Neet.
