He said that the transferred employees would be relieved of their duties on June 25, with the heads of departments making local arrangements for relief. He said that the employees would be deemed to be relieved of service at the end of seven days from the date of issue of transfer orders.

Mr Reddy made it clear in the guidelines that no transfer orders shall be issued after June 18 exc-ept on disciplinary and vigilance grounds. He said that the list of empl-oyees to be transferred as per guidelines prepared by corporate office would be placed in the office. The objections on the list, if any, and applications reques-ting transfer should be submitted by June 11. Employees in the order of seniority may be considered for transfer.
