Hyderabad High Court nominates vacation judges

the Hyderabad bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal notified summer vacation from May 2 to May 27.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad High Court has nominated vacation judges to hear urgent matters, if any, during the summer vacation. Four vacation courts will function this summer and the court will remain closed from May 2 to May 31.

According to a notification issued by the High Court registrar general, a division bench comprising Justice A. Rajasheker Reddy and Justice A. Shankar Narayana will hear the cases on May 5. Justice M. Satyanarayana Murthy will preside over the single bench on the same day.

As for the second spell of vacation court, a division bench of Justice P.V. Sanjay Kumar and Justice S.V. Bhatt will hear the cases on May 12 and Justice C. Praveen Kumar will preside over the single bench on the same day. For the third spell, the bench of Justice P. Naveen Rao and Justice M.S.K. Jaiswal will hear cases on May 19 and Justice U. Durga Prasad Rao will preside over the single bench.

In the last spell of the vacation court, a division bench of Justice A.V. Sesha Sai and Justice M. Seetharama Murti will hear cases on May 26 and Justice B. Siva Sankara Rao will preside over the single bench on the same day.

Meanwhile, the Hyderabad bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal notified summer vacation from May 2 to May 27, and vacation judge B. Venkateswara Rao, member (judicial) will hear the cases on May 4, while Ranjana Chowdhary, member (administration) will hear the cases on May 11. Justice B. Seshasay-ana Reddy, member (judicial) HoD, will hear the cases on May 18 and 25.
