Vijayawada: The YSRC has lodged a complaint with Mr K.K. Sharma, special police observer of the EC, about the continuing role of former DG, Intelligence, A.B. Venkateswara Rao in the election process.
Mr Rao had been transferred by the Election Commission, and attached to the police headquarters after the AP High Court refused to stay the orders.
The YSRC quoted an article in this newspaper and alleged that field intelligence officers were instructed to continue reporting to Mr Rao. YSRC lodged a written complaint on the matter.
