Hyderabad: A couple in Vikarabad district committed suicide by consuming pesticide at their agricultural field in Allipur village under Dharur police station limits. Police registered a case of suspicious death and started the probe.
According to Dharur police, the deceased have been identified as B. Jangaiah, 25, and Lavanya 19. Jangaiah, a native of Raghavapur was running a fertilizer business at the village, while his wife was a homemaker.
On Saturday, the couple went to Allipur, to Lavanya parents’ house to take part in a local fair at the village. Late in the night, the locals have found them dead at their agriculture field with a pesticide bottle near them.
