New Delhi: The controversy over terror convict Jaspal Atwal’s visit to India, his presence at a reception hosted by the Canadian High Commissioner in Mumbai and the invite continues to plague Indo-Canadian relations even after the departure of Trudeau from India.
Following a debate on the topic in Canadian Parliament, New Delhi said India had “nothing to do with the presence of Jaspal Atwal” at the Mumbai reception or the invite initially for the Delhi reception.
