The Charkop police station registered a fresh FIR against actor Ajaz Khan after a woman alleged that he raped her promising to marry her and also give her a role on his show 'House Arrest'.

Reportedly, a separate rape case was registered against him on May 5.
According to the survivor, Khan had called her to offer the role of host in his show 'House Arrest'. Reportedly, he first proposed to her during the shoot and then went to her home, where he sexually assaulted her against her will.
Following the assault, she lodged a complaint with the police. Police registered a case under Sections 64, 64(2M), 69 and 74 of the BNS.
Ajaz Khan can be arrested by the police any time.
