Hyderabad: A 28-year-old private employee Malipeddi Vidyasagar Reddy was arrested at Forum mall, for black mailing a girl to put morphed pictures on social media if Rs 50 lakh was not paid to him.
According to police, the accused, who resides at Sai Keerthi Boys Hostel, SR Nagar, came in contact with complainant’s younger daughter through Facebook. Vidyasagar downloaded the girl’s photos from Facebook and morphed it. He threatened to load the same if Rs 50 lakhs was not paid to him.
