JHARSUGUDA (ODISHA): A woman was shot dead by her husband at Purunabasti in Jharsuguda town on Saturday. The accused husband was identified as Dilip Sahoo. Reports said family disturbance was the cause behind the murder. According to sources, Dilip had an altercation with his wife over some issue late Friday night and fired at her in a fit of anger. Police rushed to the spot immediately after the incident and arrested Dilip Sahoo. It is learnt that there are many criminal cases pending against Dilip.
