Hyderabad: A 45-year-old guard died in suspicious circumstances at Auto Nagar on Monday. Officials of the company for which he was working left his body in a hospital and fled. The victim’s relatives alleged that he was electrocuted due to the negligence of the management.
The incident occurred at Fiber Optics Solutions. The firm’s officials brought the victim to a hospital and claimed that he had collapsed. But doctors found burns on the victim’s arm.
Guard, K. Shankar Reddy’s relatives launched a protest. “There is a burn mark on the body. But the cause of death is not known. We booked a suspicious death case,” said inspector S. Murali Krishna.
