Hyderabad: A man who was allegedly peeping through a bathroom window while a woman was taking her bath was arrested by the police on Saturday. The police said he was a neighbour of the woman.
According to the police, the accused, R. Sivakumar Pillai, was allegedly found peeping into the bathroom when the victim was taking a bath at her home in Moosarambagh on Friday.
The 26-year-old victim noticed that Pillai was secretly watching and screamed for help.
The police said the victim could identify the man because he was a neighbour. Citing from the complaint, the police said Pillai ran away when she screamed. The victim then lodged a complaint with the Malakpet police.
The cops registered the case under IPC Section 354 and began investigations. Kumar was arrested by the police on Saturday.
