Police also said that there were certain contradictions in the statement of the woman as well as her live-in partner.
Hyderabad: A 45-year -old man was arrested by the Saifabad police for raping a 12-year-old mentally unstable girl on Friday. The man, Y. Ramesh, 45, owns a tea stall near the victim’s place in Saifabad and has rented a place to start a real estate business in Basheerbagh, where he raped her. A case was booked under relevant sections and of POCSO and SC ST Acts.
