HYDERABAD: The Medipally police arrested one Arvamala Subramanyam alias Subbu of Chennai for burgling 12 houses and recovered 17.5 tola gold and other property worth ₹4 lakh at his instance.
Police said Subramanyam, arrested from his house in Bolaram, was also involved in a murder case.
He had burgled a house in Kakatiya Colony in Medipally on 24 and the police tracked him down using CCTV camera footage, Medipally inspector Govardhana Giri said.
