10-year-old girl's body recovered from canal in Indra Gandhinagar
HYDERABAD: Pahadishareef police recovered the decomposed body of a 10-year-old girl from a canal in Indra Gandhinagar on Monday afternoon.
The victim was identified as G. Ankita, who was mentally challenged, who had gone missing from her house in Shamshabad three days ago.
Her father G. Narasimha had lodged a missing complaint. Passersby informed the police of the body in the canal, said Pahadishareef sub-inspector K. Madhusudhan.
