Hyderabad: A male nurse working at a hospital in Khammam was arrested by Rachakonda cyber crime police on Friday for posting private pictures of a former woman colleague on the internet as she refused to enter into a relationship with him.
Police said the woman, a nurse at a city hospital, complained that G. Ganesh, 21, was harassing her in the name of love and had posted her private pictures on social media platforms. Police registered a case and arrested Ganesh.
A year ago, the duo had worked in a hospital at Kacheguda during when they had taken some intimate pictures. Ganesh told the police he had posted the pictures to take revenge on her. Based on the complaint, a case was registered under IPC Section 354 D of IPC and section 67 of the IT Act.
