ANANTAPUR: Anantapur SP K. Sreenivasa Rao has expelled two persons from the district for three months, as they posed a threat to law and order in the Kalayanadurgam subdivision of the district.
The SP said Boya Akkylulappa of Rudrampalli village in Kundurpi mandal and V. Venkatesh of Janampalli in Kundurpi mandal have been involved in several criminal cases.
Though they have been repeatedly warned to stay away from all illicit activities, the duo got involved in three cases recently.
On the SP’s proposal, Anantapur collector Gowthami issued orders expelling the two from the district.
