Hyderabad: Lost girl handed over to parents

She was brought to the police station and immediately police communicated the message of spotting a girl to all police stations.

Hyderabad: A girl studying in LKG was found in Banjara Hills. Passersby who saw the girl handed her over to the police. The girl identified herself as Milli. She was later handed over to her parents.

Police said the girl hailing from Machilipatnam, came to Hyderabad along with her parents Pradeep and Teja to attend a function at a relative’s house in Indiranagar. While her parents and relatives were busy, Milli walked out of the house playing and lost her way. Residents of Indiranagar found her crying and alerted the police.

She was brought to the police station and immediately police communicated the message of spotting a girl to all police stations and shared the same message in community WhatsApp groups. Meanwhile, her parents also started searching for her and came to know that she was rescued by the police. After verifying their identities the girl was handed over to her parents.
