Police said on Friday that the driver lured the child to the school toilet yesterday and raped her there.
A 40-year-old teacher of a government primary school in Bakori area here was today arrested on charges of raping three of his minor girl students.
Bhubaneswar: A four-year-old girl was raped allegedly by the driver of her school van who lured her while she was playing on the campus at Gangapada area here.
Police said on Friday that the driver lured the child to the school toilet yesterday and raped her there. The incident came to the light when the girl returned home and informed her mother about the it.
“We have arrested the driver after the girl identified him. A case has been registered at the Mahila Police Station here,” commissioner of police Y.B. Khurania told reporters here. The medical examination of both the victim and the accused have been done, he added.
