Andhra Pradesh: No clues yet for kidnapped infant

The police interrogated two women who appeared in CCTV footage nearby the woman in GGH.

Kakinada: Kakinada police have not made any breakthrough in the investigation in to the disappearance of an infant from Government General Hospital two days back. Police said that they will trace the kidnapper within 48 hours of time. The police released her photos and sent it to all police stations in the state. The police interrogated two women who appeared in CCTV footage nearby the woman in GGH. But, after inquiry, it was revealed that there was no connection to the women with the accused.

Kakinada DSP P.V.R.S.S.S.M.V. Ravi Varma said that the police teams led by CIs and SIs are searching for the accused. He said that all possibilities are being considered for the investigation. Police suspected that the accused might have fled from the district. They have kept a vigil in bus stands and railway station to nab the woman.
