Two boys sodomized in separate incidents

Hyderabad: Two minor students were victims of sodomy in separate incidents in the twin cities since Tuesday. A 11-year-old class VII student was reportedly sexually assaulted by a person known to him, under Malakpet police station limits.

According to Malakpet police, the accused called the victim to his terrace and performed the brutal act. The victim informed his mother that he was going to his uncle's house. Meanwhile, the accused had already planned to sodomize the boy, Malakpet polcie said.

Around 11 pm Tuesday night when the victim's mother went to the accused's house asking for her son, her son came down from the terrace with bleeding injuries on his mouth, police said. Later, he told his mother that the accused had performed unnatural sex with him, police said.

On a complaint lodged by the victim's mother on Wednesday, Malakpet police sent the victim for medical examination, and registered a case under section 377, section 5 (M) read with 6 of POCSO Act against the accused and detained him.

In a similar heinous crime, a seven-year-old class II student was threatened at knifepoint and sodomized by a 21-year-old labourer in Mailardevpally.
The case came to light Tuesday night when the victim's mother lodged a complaint with Milardevpally police.

According to the victim's mother, her younger son had gone to attend prayers in Mailardevpally around 5 pm on Tuesday. The boy was threatened by a knife-wielding worker, who took him into bushes in an isolated area and sodomized him three to four times, police said.

After noticing heavy bleeding from the victim's private parts, the accused fled from the spot, police said. At 5 pm her mother heard her younger son screaming in pain with severe bleeding from his pants and grew suspicious. The kid narrated the entire act.

She rushed to the police and lodged a complaint. Milardevpally police on Wednesday sent the victim for medical examination to OGH where the doctors confirmed that he was brutally sodomized.

A case under section 363, 377 of IPC, read with section 3, and 4 of POCSO Act has been booked against the accused, who has reportedly been taken into custody.
