Daily-wage labourer found murdered in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Pandula Sharadha, a 28-year-old daily labourer, was found murdered at her rented house in Ambica nagar of Balanagar under Cyberabad commissionerate. Police suspect her live-in partner Gudise Hari Krishna had killed her.

Sharadha got separated from her husband and was residing at Balanagar. Around seven months ago, she got acquainted with Hari Krishna, who belongs to Miryalaguda in Nalgonda district and is working as a labourer in the city. The duo started living together since then.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday locals noticed Sharadha dead in the house and alerted police. Inquiries revealed that though the duo lived together, Hari Krishna suspected her of having an affair with other men and they would frequently quarrel over the same issue.

Police found that the duo quarrelled over the same issue on Wednesday also and in the process, Harish Krishna could have killed her, by slashing her throat with a sharp object.

As he was not available from the time the murder came to light late on Wednesday, police launched a hunt for him. Further investigation is underway, the police said.
